Volleyball Recap: College Prep Makes It 11 in a Row at Home

College Prep had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They came out on top against the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

College Prep had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 13-25, 29-27, 25-17, 29-27.

College Prep's victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-1. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. College Prep will welcome International at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they will be playing at home against Encinal at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
