Snowflake stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Show Low Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Snowflake.
Skip Bawden was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Bawden has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Bawden was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
