Softball Recap: St. Paul Swordsmen vs. Alta Loma Braves
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Paul had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Alta Loma Braves. Six seems to be a good number for the Swordsmen as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Gianelle Napoles spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on nine hits and racked up six Ks.
