Basketball Recap: Pompano Beach Takes a Loss

Pompano Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 57-44 to the Coral Springs Charter Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-47 back in November.

Pompano Beach's record is now 1-9. As for Coral Springs Charter, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Pompano Beach will be home for the holidays to greet Stoneman Douglas at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Stoneman Douglas is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season. As for Coral Springs Charter, they will take on Taravella in a tournament on Thursday.
