Soccer Recap: Milton-Union Gets the Win

The Milton-Union Bulldogs were able to grind out a solid win over the Franklin Monroe Jets on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1. Carter Forrest had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Milton-Union.

The victory made it two in a row for Milton-Union and bumps their season record up to 9-7-1. As for Franklin Monroe, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Milton-Union will face off against West Liberty-Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin Monroe, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Yellow Springs at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th.
