There's no place like home for Jerome, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. Everything went their way against the Minico Spartans on Friday as they made off with a 12-4 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Briaunna Robbinette made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. Robbinette was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that she hit this season.
