Basketball Recap: Beddingfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Beddingfield was the 52-20 winner over Bunn when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bruins received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 53-36 to the Wildcats. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Bunn to victory were Makayla Richardson and Gracyn Williams. Richardson shot 41% from the field to rack up 22 points and four steals, while Williams almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was Isabella Wilson, who posted two points and ten rebounds.

Beddingfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bunn, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beddingfield will head out to face off against North Johnston at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Bunn, they are taking a road trip to challenge Franklinton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
