Football Recap: Jurupa Valley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Jurupa Valley had lost seven straight at home dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 0-10 to make it eight. They had to suffer through a 45-7 loss at the hands of the Patriot Warriors. If the Jaguars were looking for revenge after losing 45-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Alex Lopez threw for 98 yards on seven of 13 attempts. Robert Jermaine Lopez was his top target, picking up 83 receiving yards.

As for Patriot, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Patriot to victory were Dax Fulmer and K'YRan Spenser. Fulmer rushed for 49 yards and two TDs, while Spenser rushed for 107 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries. The dominant performance also gave Fulmer a new career-high in passer rating (143.8).

Jurupa Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Patriot, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 48-29 win against Elsinore on the 7th.
