Madill and Ardmore are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will head out to square off against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

On Friday, Madill came up short against Tishomingo and fell 8-3.

Ardmore never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Capitol Hill on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Redwolves a 12-0 shutout. Considering the Tigers have won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Madill dropped their record down to 4-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Ardmore, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-15.

Madill took their victory against Ardmore in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 8-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
