Baseball Game Preview: Lowell Red Devils vs. Kankakee Valley Kougars

For the second straight game, Lowell will face off against Kankakee Valley. The Red Devils will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Kougars at 5:00 p.m. Lowell will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

On Monday, Lowell needed a bit of extra time to put away Kankakee Valley. They had just enough and edged out the Kougars 13-12.

Michael Reidenga looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

Kankakee Valley now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Lowell, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.
