With a playoff win on the line, All Saints' Academy rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Babcock Trailblazers 3-2. The win was familiar territory for the Saints, who have now won eight matchups in a row.

All Saints' Academy took Babcock into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-16, 23-25, 25-23, 15-12.

Aniyah Sanchez had an outrageously good game as she had 32 digs and six assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in September.

All Saints' Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in eight consecutive matches.

Despite the loss, Babcock still got an impressive performance from Talia Matten, who had 35 digs and one assist.

All Saints' Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Babcock, they now have a losing record of 14-15.

Coming up, All Saints' Academy will take on Keswick Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Babcock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
