Softball Recap: Brennan's Run of Five Straight Wins Now Over

It was a good run, but Brennan unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 6-2 to the Harlan Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 back in February.

Farrah Lemus made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Brennan's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Harlan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, Brennan and Harlan will both be playing O'Connor the next time they take the field. Harlan will host O'Connor at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Brennan will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on April 2.
