Wyoming Area had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.4 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 62-40 margin over the Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 276th, while the Blue Knights are ranked 615th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wyoming Area pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points over those games. As for Wyoming Seminary College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.
