Preview: Logan/Palco vs. Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks
Logan/Palco will face off against the Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Logan/Palco focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Friday.
Logan/Palco had to start their season on the road , and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a rough 56-29 loss at the hands of Wheatland-Grinnell. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Logan/Palco in their matchups with Wheatland-Grinnell: they've now lost four in a row.
The losing side was boosted by Mara Kats, who scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Lylah Voss, who scored 8 points.
Logan/Palco's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Wheatland-Grinnell, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Logan/Palco was taken down by Wheatland-Grinnell 56-29 when the teams last played on Friday. Can Logan/Palco avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
