Blue Island Eisenhower lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Agricultural Science, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's   contest. Blue Island Eisenhower blew past Agricultural Science 16-0 on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Jo'Mari Dixon was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Dixon was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-2. Those  runs marked the first that  he  scored this season.
 In other batting news,  Bernabe Astorga was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. Another player making a difference was  Adriel Castro, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
 Blue Island Eisenhower  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .677. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Agricultural Science only posted  an  OBP of  .273.
Blue Island Eisenhower's record is now 3-1. As for Agricultural Science,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-2-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blue Island Eisenhower will be defending their home field for the first time this season  when they go up against Bogan  at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Agricultural Science, they will square off against Longwood at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
