Volleyball Recap: Pine Now 9-1 over Last Ten Games

With a playoff win on the line, Pine rose to the challenge on Saturday. They skirted past the Westwood Christian Warriors 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Knights have posted since September 11th.

Pine was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 23-25, 25-20, 15-13.

Pine has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Westwood Christian, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 15-4.

Pine wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Boca Raton Christian on the 28th. Westwood Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
