            Basketball Recap: Hale County Wildcats vs. Greensboro Raiders        
        
		
        
        
            After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Hillcrest, Hale County was happy to have turned things around  on Monday. They really took it to the Greensboro Raiders for the full four quarters, racking up  a  50-18 win. With the Wildcats ahead  36-2 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hale County to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Lailah Hill, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and nine  rebounds.  Kynaja Marshall was another key player,  going 5 for 10 on her way to 14  points and seven  rebounds.
Hale County's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Greensboro, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Hale County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  48-45  win against Central on the 10th. As for Greensboro, they will venture away from home to  challenge Hatch  at 5:30  p.m.  on December 17th.
