Basketball Recap: Oakwood Christian Comes Up Short

Oakwood Christian lost against Unity Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The game between the Oakwood Christian Eagles and the Unity Christian Lions didn't end well, with the Oakwood Christian Eagles falling 63-49. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oakwood Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Unity Christian, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-15.

Oakwood Christian and Praise Academy will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Unity Christian, they will face off against New Creation Christian Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
