Football Game Preview: Stoughton vs. Narragansett

Stoughton are packing up and hiking across state lines for their game on Friday. They will challenge Narragansett on the road at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Stoughton, but that can only make success all the sweeter.

Last Friday, Stoughton came up short against Canton, falling 7-14.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 6-41, which was the final score in Narragansett's tilt against Central Falls. Narragansett were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-21.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
