Basketball Recap: Homefires Takes a Loss

Homefires lost against First Baptist Christian last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Homefires Flames fell to the First Baptist Christian Knights 30-24. The Flames have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Homefires' loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for First Baptist Christian, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Homefires does not have any more games scheduled as of now. First Baptist Christian has also already played their next matchup, a 27-12 win against Maranatha Christian Academy on the 28th.
