Soccer Recap: Galileo Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Galileo took on George Washington on Tuesday. Galileo lost 8-0 to George Washington. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against George Washington this season, with their most recent defeat being a 6-2 loss last Friday.

This is the second loss in a row for Galileo and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for George Washington, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Galileo will be playing in front of their home fans against Rappahannock County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for George Washington, they will face off against Magna Vista at 7:00 p.m. on April 2.
