Soccer Recap: Tri-County Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Tri-County took on Andrews on Monday. The Jaguars fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Tri-County of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Daniel Bickham, which was the first he's scored this season.

Tri-County's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Andrews, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.

Andrews didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 defeat against Murphy on the 8th. Hopefully Tri-County paid attention to the Wildcats' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
