Brophy College Prep had lost three straight on the road, but  on Friday they dropped down to 4-4 to make it four. They took a  blow against the Liberty Lions, falling  38-3. Having soared to a lofty 38  points in the game before, the Broncos couldn't push the score so high this time.
 Case Vanden Bosch threw for 94 yards  on 13 of 23 attempts.   Ryder Noche was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards.
As for Liberty, the  win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 31  points or more this season.
  Jayden Sanchez had a dynamite game, rushing for 160 yards and a pair of  scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. Those  160  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.  Kam Segall was another key player, picking up 104 receiving yards and two  touchdowns.
 Looking ahead, Brophy College Prep will head out to  take on Saguaro  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Broncos will be up against the Sabercats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27  points per  contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Liberty, they will look to defend their home field  on Friday against O'Connor  at 7:00  p.m.
