Baseball Recap: Red Oak Has No Trouble Against Nodaway Valley

Red Oak had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Nodaway Valley on Friday. The Tigers were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Wolverines. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-23), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Red Oak's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Nodaway Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Red Oak will welcome Shenandoah at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nodaway Valley, they will face off against Griswold at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
