Another player making a difference was  Trey Porpora, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Penn Yan Academy lost  15-5 to Newark on Friday.
 Palmyra-Macedon now  has a winning record of 7-6. As for Penn Yan Academy, they dropped their record down to 5-5 with that  loss, which was their third straight  on the road.
