Chattanooga Prep is a perfect 3-0 against Marion County since May of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Chattanooga Prep will venture away from home to challenge Marion County at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Chattanooga Prep lost 4-1 to Notre Dame on Friday. While losing is never fun, Chattanooga Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 81st, while Notre Dame are ranked 19th).

Chattanooga Prep's goal came courtesy of Lucio Velasquez, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Marion County was not able to break out of their rough patch on March 13th as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Sequatchie County, falling 7-0.

Chattanooga Prep now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Marion County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Chattanooga Prep's way against Marion County in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Chattanooga Prep made off with a 9-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Chattanooga Prep since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
