Saguaro has gone 9-0 against Marcos de Niza recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Saguaro Sabercats will face off against the Marcos de Niza Padres at 6:00 p.m. Saguaro will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, it was close, but Saguaro sidestepped Desert Mountain for a 2-1 win. The Sabercats wouldn't have won without Dom Brewer, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, Marcos de Niza fell victim to Arcadia and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Padres in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost six in a row.

Saguaro pushed their record up to 11-3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three contests. As for Marcos de Niza, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1.

Saguaro was able to grind out a solid win over Marcos de Niza in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, winning 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Saguaro since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
