Football Game Recap: Lynnville-Sully vs. Sigourney-Keota

After soaring high against Pleasantville last Friday, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Lynnville-Sully found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 18-44 punch to the gut against Sigourney-Keota. The loss was a vexing one since Lynnville-Sully was expected to win based on their state ranking. The game pushed Lynnville-Sully down to 1-0 and pulled Sigourney-Keota up to the reverse 0-1.

Next week, Lynnville-Sully take on Highland at 7:00 PM. Sigourney-Keota will look to defend their home turf next week against Albia at 7:00 PM.
