Shelley picks up 11th straight win at home

The Shelley Russets put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past Skyline 64-62. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

When it comes to explaining why Skyline lost, one person who can't be blamed is Shay Shippen. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. Shippen hasn't dropped below 15 points for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Taya Tews, who scored 12 points along with five assists and three steals.

Shelley's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-0. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 15-6.

Shelley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Skyline also has no future games currently scheduled.
