Gatesville has gone 8-2 against Robinson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the Rockets at 7:00 p.m. Gatesville will be strutting in after a victory while Robinson will be coming in after a loss.

Gatesville will bounce into Friday's contest after beating China Spring, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Hornets were the clear victors by a 27-7 margin over the Cougars on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won six matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Gatesville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gehrig Keeton, who threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns while completing 84.2% of his passes. That's the most passing touchdowns Keeton has posted since back in August. 121 of Keeton's passing yards were hauled in by Amos Phillips, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.
