Camas Valley and Yoncalla are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Camas Valley Hornets will welcome the Yoncalla Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yoncalla took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Camas Valley, who comes in off a win.
Back in September, Camas Valley got the win against Days Creek by a conclusive 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-8, 25-14.
Meanwhile, Yoncalla didn't have quite enough to beat Days Creek on Thursday and fell 3-2. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wolves 25-18 in the first period.
Yoncalla actually scored more points across those five sets (105-102), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-18, 13-25, 25-23, 15-13.
Camas Valley pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Yoncalla, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
