Volleyball Recap: Bunker Comes Up Short

Bunker lost against Bismarck back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17.

Kara Barton paced Bunker's offense, picking up four kills. Barton got some help from Loren Ritter and her four assists.

Bunker's loss dropped their record down to 10-17-3. As for Bismarck, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 26-2.

Bunker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against St. Paul Lutheran on the 11th. As for Bismarck, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kingston on the 11th.
