After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Non Varsity Opponent, Cusick was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Selkirk Rangers 17-7. The victory was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Cusick's win bumped their record up to 3-9-1. As for Selkirk, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cusick will host Northport at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Selkirk, they will be playing at home against Republic at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rangers are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
