Volleyball Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown lost against East Clinton back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The G-Men came up short against the Astros, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-6.

Kenzi Terrell was the offensive standout of the game as she had 11 digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last nine matches.

Georgetown now has a losing record of 3-4. As for East Clinton, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

Georgetown has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Fayetteville-Perry on the 15th. As for East Clinton, they will challenge Blanchester at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
