Volleyball Recap: Southeastern Comes Up Short

Southeastern lost against Adena back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Warriors.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-17.

Kylee Dunn paced Southeastern's offense, picking up 14 kills. Dunn got some help from Lilly Steele and her 19 assists.

Kimmy Dalton was a one-woman wrecking crew For Adena. as she had 23 digs and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Dalton a new career-high.

Southeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Adena, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Looking ahead, Southeastern will be playing at home against Huntington at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Huntsmen at the right time seeing as the Huntsmen are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Adena, they will square off against Unioto at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
