Basketball Game Preview: Mishicot Indians vs. Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers

Mishicot hasn't had much luck against Manitowoc Lutheran recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Mishicot Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers at 7:15 p.m.

Mishicot is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They were outmatched by Howards Grove and fell 81-38. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 433rd, while the Tigers are ranked 86th).

Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed an 81-75 victory over the Zephyrs.

Manitowoc Lutheran is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Mishicot, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
