Baseball Recap: Liberty Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Liberty Christian Academy's offense. They came up short against the Bishop Rosecrans Bishops on Tuesday, falling 28-0. The defeat leaves the Eagles still looking for their first win of the season.

Liberty Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bishop Rosecrans, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty Christian Academy will venture away from home to square off against Northside Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Lions at the right time seeing as the Lions are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bishop Rosecrans, they will head out to face off against Fairfield Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bishops 3.3, the Knights 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
