Soccer Game Preview: Cedar Ridge vs. South Granville + How To Watch

The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves will take on the South Granville Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. South Granville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Cedar Ridge, who comes in off a win.

Cedar Ridge took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Durham School of the Arts 4-3. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Cedar Ridge considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, South Granville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-1 to Falls Lake. Things were pretty much settled by the half as South Granville were already down 3-0.

South Granville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16-1. As for Cedar Ridge, they now have a winning record of 9-8-2.
