Recap: Kewanee vs. Hall
If the Hall Red Devils were expecting to get some payback for the 70-40 loss against the Kewanee Boilermakers when they previously met last month, then they were left disappointed. Hall ended up on the wrong side of a painful 71-44 walloping at Kewanee's hands on Tuesday. The Red Devils haven't found any success against Kewanee since Feb. 15 of last year, this defeat making it three in a row.
This is the second loss in a row for Hall and nudges their record down to 18-12. The win was the 15th in a row for Kewanee and raised their record to 26-4.
Hall is on the road again Friday and plays against St. Bede. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close game. As for the Boilermakers, they will face off against Bureau Valley Friday. Kewanee won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
