Football Game Preview: Eureka Loggers vs. Ferndale Wildcats + How To Watch

The Eureka Loggers are taking a road trip to take on the Ferndale Wildcats at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Saturday, Eureka and Novato were almost perfectly matched up, but Eureka suffered a 21-20 loss. The Loggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Ferndale put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Fortuna 49-0. The Wildcats' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last three games.

Eureka better keep an eye on Prescott Langer. He was instrumental in Ferndale's win, rushing for 231 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. Langer really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run. Another player making a difference was Tanner Pidgeon, who rushed for 52 yards and a pair of scores.

Ferndale was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 380 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Ferndale's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Eureka, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
