El Paso has gone 10-0 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The El Paso Tigers will head out to take on the Jefferson Silver Foxes at 7:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for El Paso and nine for Jefferson.

Last Friday, El Paso came up short against Andress and fell 46-34.

Meanwhile, Jefferson played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 49-13 loss at the hands of Chapin. While losing is never fun, the Silver Foxes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1282nd, while the Huskies are ranked 425th).

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for El Paso, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-22.

El Paso strolled past Jefferson in their previous meeting on January 10th by a score of 47-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for El Paso since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
