Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Luke Wooten stepped things up a notch to give Ware Shoals the 'W'. Wooten scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in both of his plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Wooten's strong effort led Ware Shoals over McCormick and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Hornets are a perfect 9-0 against the Chiefs going back to March of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
