It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Benjamin Franklin had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Coppin Academy Golden Eagles, posting a 62-28 win. The Bayhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Benjamin Franklin, bringing their record for this year to 18-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.0 points on average over those games. As for Coppin Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Benjamin Franklin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 50-46 win against Forest Park on the 4th. Coppin Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
