Wilson came up big in Mineral County's 18-6 defeat
Sadly, Robert Wilson posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Mineral County over Mammoth on Friday. Mammoth had no answer to Wilson as he scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Wilson and Mineral County will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pyramid Lake at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mineral County is 7-1 against Pyramid Lake going back to April of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
