Recap: Tescott Trojans vs. Lakeside Knights
The Tescott Trojans kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were dealt a 47-19 loss at the hands of Lakeside. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Tescott in their matchups with Lakeside: they've now lost three in a row.
Among those leading the charge was Lauren Brummet, who scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds. Faith Ruthstom was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 7 rebounds.
Tescott's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Lakeside, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Tescott will take on Linn at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeside, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Thunder Ridge on Friday.
