Soccer Recap: Braddock Finds Playoff Glory Versus Southridge

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Braddock walked away with it. They had just enough and edged the Southridge Spartans out 1-0. Mia Hernandez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Bulldogs.

Braddock has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Southridge, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1.

Braddock will challenge St. Thomas Aquinas at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Thomas Aquinas is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season. Southridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
