Basketball Recap: Edgemont Falls to New Underwood in First Game of Season

Edgemont unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the New Underwood Tigers on Friday, falling 80-25. The Moguls were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-12.

Chase Alexander was Edgemont's leading scorer, having posted ten points. Sebastian Morse held things down on the boards with 11 rebounds.

Edgemont and Morrill will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for New Underwood, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Dupree at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
