Caleb Hughes Game Report: @ Sarcoxie

Golden City came out on top against Sarcoxie on Thursday thanks in part to Caleb Hughes's efforts. Hughes dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 boards. The effort marked the most points he has had since back in December of 2024. He is becoming a predictor of Golden City's success: when he posts at least eight rebounds the team is 5-2 (and 7-9 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Golden City and Jefferson Independent Day will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Hughes will face off against Jack Twiss, the Cavaliers' star shooting guard. These two stars should make plenty of fireworks, so fans can expect an exciting show. Which one brings home the W?
