Volleyball Recap: South Fork Takes a Loss

South Fork was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Ferndale Wildcats, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat two weeks ago.

While South Fork was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Ferndale's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-15, 25-20.

South Fork's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Ferndale, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season.

As of now, neither South Fork nor Ferndale have any future games scheduled.
