Overton has gone a perfect 3-0 against Giltner recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will square off against the Hornets. Overton is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Overton's tournament run continued when they took on Southwest on Saturday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Roughriders.

Meanwhile, Giltner posted their closest win since September 11th on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Pleasanton 3-2.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (103-102) Giltner actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-22, 17-25, 25-21, 15-10.

Overton's win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Giltner, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Overton beat Giltner 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
